* Some questions for teacher....

How do you plan? Do you plan weekly, daily, as part of a team or individually?

Most subjects I plan individually per week, but at the beginning of each new term, we meet altogether so we can come up with and plan for activities w/ specialist teachers and integrate.

In your lessons do you ever do anything you have not planned to do? Why?

Yes, In response to students needs or current level of understanding of concept being taught. If I notice something isn't making sense, I will change my approach or reteach a pre requisite skill.

What are the most important things with all the children in the classroom? Why\ why not?

That they all have access to teaching / material needed to reach mastery, yet still have access to differentiated instruction of materials and learning opportunities that are geared towards their personal level.
